I have a 6.1 Hemi with 5.7 Hemi heads which also has the 5.7 Hemi water pump. I was told that the water pump is a reverse flow, i.e., the water enters from the bottom radiator hose and moves up through the heads, then goes through the thermostat and back to the radiator. Can someone tell me the correct connections for the water heater hoses at the pump. I think the black tube is the return and the silver connection is the intake. See attached photo.
