70 Cuda 440 6 pack clone. Wiw
« on: April 18, 2017 - 11:44:11 PM »
So I have a chance to buy a package deal of two cars. One is a 70 Cuda, originally a /6 car. Now a 440 6 pack. Interior is like new, dash is mint with standard gauges, nice console that has a pistol grip for automatic shifter, all the seats are mint. Nice shaker hood, body is good driver but not perfect. Looks to be that all bumpers, trim and grille is really nice. Unibody and floors all look good too. Car sits on 17s with good rubber. All lights and wiring look good. Car was driven daily. I will NOT be keeping this car but don't want to pass on this car either. I know it won't be exact but just looking for a ball park. Am I to far off in thinking 25ish.

There are a lot of factors that can effect the price on a "clone car". such as is the 6 Pac and original and the carbs date code correct, is the shaker a repo or original,  $25,000 as you described is a good price for a clone with non original parts. I was thinking more like $30,000.  If it has Original parts the $35,000.

and of coarse picture would help.

If 5he car is in overall good condition, no rust, straight, engine tranny are good  and the paint is good I would think $40-$50.

Based on the info you have provided, If you offered me $25k I would walk away without saying a word. $35-45k depending on the unknowns.
