Looks like a lot of them. I've seen nicer, but I bet it's straight (still should check). The bolt is where the radiator support bracket is normally attached. They can be hard to remove, the bolt spins etc, so I'd bet that they had to cut or drill the original bolt out when they removed the bracket and just put that one in after. I don't see anything that looks like a weld repair, everything in the picture looks like factory welds to me. And yeah, the factory welds were pretty crappy on a lot of the K's. That's why I seam weld and reinforce all of my K-members when I have the opportunity. I'll be doing the one for my Challenger pretty soon, already done the one's for my Duster and Dart GT.
