Cracked intake
« on: April 21, 2017 - 06:25:30 PM »
I just got done installing a strip dominator and when I threaded in the temp sensor the intake cracked at the threads. I know the right thing to do is remove intake and get it tigged but thought I would see if anyone has ever had luck with any kind of epoxy ?

I certainly would not epoxy but would try to find out why the intake cracked in the first place

Tapered pipe threads. Probably overtightened.
