1972 H code Cuda for sale. Easy Project!!
« on: May 08, 2017 - 11:31:32 AM »
I'm going to regret this but I'm putting my Cuda up for sale that I had high hopes for. I started tearing this car down back in 2010 right after my twins were born thinking this was a good time to get after some issues bothering me with the car. Boy was I wrong!!! Priorities have taken a major change with the kids and the car has just been sitting in the back of my shop collecting dust. The link I'm posting shows the progress (or lack there of) of the tear down of my Cuda. Aside from the obvious issues in the pictures the car is really super solid the floor pans are rock solid as are the frame rails. NOTE: the car is a roller. No engine or transmission. I was going to build an entirely new set up but... Below are the details.

What it needs: Rear quarter panels, outer wheel wells, trunk pan (there but weak) and a tail light panel. It will needs some patch panels around the hood spring areas. Because I was planning to switch to painted mirrors I sold the originals and also sold the wood trim to the console because I was going to do a six speed transmission.

The good stuff: Real H code Cuda, Rally dash. Originally B5 blue. Interior is exactly as seen in pictures and is in awesome near perfect shape. The original dash has two tiny cracks around speaker grill and that's it. Front and rear bumpers are excellent and almost new. I still have the 3 inch TTI headers back full exhaust that comes with the car that is nearly new. Doors, fenders, hood and remaining panels are in awesome shape. Other than the items I listed in what it needs the car is all there. Grill (perfect), all glass, headlights, headlight buckets, etc... I'm asking $9500.00 but willing to entertain offers. Please call or text me at 704-519-9996. Car is located in Charlotte NC.

Again aside from some dust the car is almost exactly as seen in this link
