I have for sale my 70 Challenger RT/SE, numbers matching 383, 727 trans is a 70 but not matching, this car has been painted once in bc cc FC7 long before I got it, never been restored, only maintained for reliability on the road. a 2 tag car w/many options such as factory a/c blows ice cold charged with R12 freon, am/fm thumbwheel stereo radio w/5 original speakers that have been reconede, front power disc, power steering, speed control, 6 way manual driver seat, luggage rack, 3.55 ratio sure grip, all original date correct glass including the windshield, not the pass door glass.
The engine was rebuilt about 9 yrs ago & runs very good, but after it sits for a week or 2 when it first starts I hear for a few seconds what sounds like a main bearing that has too much clearance, so that is one thing that will need to be corrected. I would fix it if I was 20 yrs younger, I'm turning 80 this month I'm done.
The only rust I have found is in the usual spots very bottom of rear fenders, lower rear quarters below rocker moulding, a few small bumps under vinyl top at the SE badge.
