With the front that low, you're probably not going to be able to run the factory bump stops on the lower control arms. You can buy short 1/2" tall bump stops online.

You'll want to keep an eye on ground clearance for exhaust connections... Speed bumps, some driveway slopes, and some auto shop ramps can have considerable 'impact' on clearances...

So my new torsion bars arrived from pst . I will be installing them and rebuilding the front end this weekend. I know there is a left and right bar but is there a front and back ?  Doesn't look like it matters but ....

Front to back doesn't matter. Right and left do matter because of the offset in the hex.

Left and right only.  Front/back doesn't matter.  The bar still twists in the same direction.  If there is an L or an R on the end of the torsion bars, it might be a good idea to have those showing out the back.  Just so you can glance at them and know they are on the correct side.
