Touchy makes me think of toe out issue.. think it SB +1/8"
Did you use the stock length pitman and idler arms when you redid everything or change things up for a faster ratio?
Agree with the above. Typically fast ratio and/or toe out tend to cause this. However, depending on how you define touchy, it could be pressure. We have had previous posters who complained about touchy stock steering when they meant the over-assist inherent in Mopar steering. Certainly the Firm Feel box should assist with this, but at stock pressure with the Firm feel box and high caster, it still may not feel like a late model.
BTW, toe should be .125" total toe in. Or somewhere around .5 degrees with a 26" tire. Positive toe is in, negative is out.
