New Aussie Challenger
« on: May 24, 2017 - 09:44:45 AM »
Hi, Thought I'd better introduce myself as yet another Aussie  :2thumbs: on this forum. The plan is to hopefully gain enough knowledge here and get my Challenger in good shape for inspection and registration in Western Australia. It's a 74 Challenger with 472 Hemi, 727 auto and Dana 60.    :aussie:

G'day mate from  :canada: I've got a 74 as well, but it sure doesn't have a 572 hemi in it and I'm green with envy!

Thanks guys!.
In short the car landed in Australia in 2008 and hasn't been licenced in that time. And even sadder is it's only been driven on the odd occasion. The car certainly has the goods but lacks the attention to detail required for registration. Needless to say I am slowly chipping away at the long list in anticipation.
Here is a engine pic from back when I bought the car
