Floor pan Replacement
« on: June 01, 2017 - 12:03:28 PM »
It has been a few years since I have written anything in the forums but I am trying to get my car back on the road so I am back.  I need to replace my floor pan. 15 years ago, the parts were kind of hit and miss.  Now I am sure there are providers of body parts that are much more accurate.  I am looking to put in a floor pan that has the tabs for a bucket seats included in the pan.  I see floor pans ranging in price from $350 to $800.  The person who was working on my car passed away and we were discussing putting in a custom floor plan, which would be heavier than normal.  The reason behind this was my car is a convertible and we were putting a Hemi engine that would have approximately 600 HP.  I would like some feedback on who makes the part that fits that requirement and what specifically to look for when ordering so I get that part.  Yes, we were going to put in sub frame connectors from Magnum force.
