Well, it's looking like a slight chance for afternoon showers on Thursday, but good after that. I'm sure it will be humid and mid 80-ish.

Just in case the humidity is similar to what's normal in the southeast during summer (seventy percentile give or take) we should stock up on bottled water...

 Been checking and it looks like a great weather weekend, I know the southern folk were impressed last year with our sun and heat index, some of them even got sunburned, and this coming from southerners, lol. It has been a hot dry summer thus far, here in Ohio (next door) we have had a month (June) of high 80*-low-mid 90*'s and dry (little rain) but humid conditions. Last year during June we had over 10 inches of rain, this year less than 2 inches. MEK's forcast for  :fire:'ish like conditions might be correct, but I've never visited there, lol.

Looks like tropical storm Cindy (my wife's name too!) might be coming into play...it's too far away to tell right now, but the projected path of Cyndi puts her over central PA during mid/late day friday. I'm going to decide what car to take thursday morning....if it looks wet, the 74 is going, if it's dry, the 71.

Just watched the news - cold front is sagging down over Ohio ( and PA ) and is SUPPOSED to drive the tropical storm off on a hair pin right turn away from Carlisle - I hope.
They are predicting for this area no precip for a week.
