    after i install the hotchkis tvs and before i but the car on the ground what bolts should i leave "loose" to tighten with the weight of the car on?

    Ideally the lower control arms and any leaf spring hardware.

    Everything else is a ball joint or rod end and doesn't care when it's tightened.
