Grill configuration

Trying to figure out hoe these 2 pieces of the grill assembly are mounted. They're the bridge between the grill and the hood latch mount. Any help, pics would be greatly appreciated!

rolled edge to the front. nut under the hood latch mount as the grill end has the clip nut. (there is a left and right)
