When I restored my Chevelles I was able to find info detailing what bolts and parts were plated........for example some were gray phosphate plated, some cadmium plated.....some zinc (silver) plated. These are for concours type restorations.... I am fickle about doing things correct (for the most part) with a touch of my own personal touch........for instance I have seen a few concours Mopar cars at shows and they each had the upper control arms gold cadmium plated. A platium AAR Cuda owner swore the correct plating for upper control arms from the factory were cad plated............at any way I am rambling on.........MY QUESTION IS DOES ANYONE HAVE GOOD INFO AS TO WHAT SHOULD BE PLATED WHAT?
THANKS........KEVIN
