Ralley dash frame

Question-

Are the dash frames that  the dashpad bolts onto different , is the a rally gauge frame and a non rally gauge frame ?

The frames are all the same.  The difference is the gauge "pods."  They are different depending on which type and year of gauges you are using.  Therefore, you can start out with a standard gauge cluster and convert to rally very easily (new parts and pieces are a bit costly, but fit nonetheless).
