Bucket seat snap nuts
« on: October 07, 2017 - 01:23:23 PM »
Who sells 1973 Challenger bucket seats "snap nuts"? The snap nuts are inserted into the seat hinge 1/4" square holes. The plastic hinge cover has two screws that thread into the snap nuts to hold the cover on and hide the metal hinge. There is an illustration on page 4-19 in the Dodge Body Service Manual. :dunno:

Thank you for the suggestions. It seems cage nuts are intended for sheet metal. 1Wild R/T you hit a home run! The Nylon Plastic Snap-in Nut is exactly what is needed. Thanks again.

Unfortunately they sell packs of 50.... But if you find individuals they'll probably be $1.50 each... So 50 for $14.00 isn't to bad....
