An editorial.
« on: July 10, 2005 - 07:45:16 AM »
The following has been checked for calibration and accuracy... all but the last part. :grinyes:

This is just to let anyone that didn't make it to Carlisle, know what they missed. We truely have some wonderful people on this board. The kind of people that are more than willing to go out of their way to help you. Be it advice, or something about your car, or  even if it's something of a personal nature. When I joined this site a few years back, I never dreamed I would get to meet such great people. I won't embarass anyone by mentioning names, but so many of you have been good to me. I had a great time this weekend. It's too bad it all went by so quickly. Now for the life of me, I can't figure out why 4C went the whole time without talking to me.  :dontknow:

You guys will get your share of pics when everyone else gets back home. Redline took a real nice group shot at Grandpa's Growler last night. It looks like for one of those rare times, I didn't blink in the picture.  Anyway, I'm sure others have some to share too. Be patient... or come out there next year.  :burnout:

This was my first Carlisle & I must say I was overwhelmed.  I probably saw more Cudas than I have seen in the last 30 years combined.
It was great getting to meet some other members, I am just sorry I didn't have more time to spend with you all.  Next year I will have to take the Cuda and leave the wife and daughter home.  lol.   Bill

It was great meeting everyone at Carlisle.  My main reason for going was to meet everyone and to p/u a peddle assembly for the R/T.  My son was in seventh heaven.  He wants a challange or cuda but the $$ are to much for him since he attend Temple U.  So now he would settle for a Dart or Duster.  As for my father and his brother, what can I say they looked like kids in a candy store.  They loved the all the cars but were in love with the 300's.  Now my father is think of buy a 300 letter car or a  '65 Belvadere.

I would like to thank Hemi71 for his advice.  Now I'm inspired to get my project finished so I can have it parked next to everyone else next year.

Again, I had a gereat time meeting everyone.
