Air cleaner for an AAR clone with a 440-4bbl
« on: February 18, 2018 - 05:46:34 PM »
I'm finishing a 70 AAR clone and am planning on putting a Fitech EFI kit on it. I'm trying to find an air cleaner that will work with the 440 -4 barrel combination that will seal to the AAR hood.

Can anyone offer advice or a place that I can get this combination at?

Another option; Year One has fiberglass bases for $125 ea, you could get the AAR/TA 6 pack one and a 4BBL one; then cut the 4BBL part out of one and graft it into the other.
Current Mopar
70 Challenger RT 440-6 EFI, 73 Cuda 416-6 EFI
05 Hemi Durango, 01 Ram 4x4, 14 Ram 2500 4X4, 10 PCP Challenger 6 spd RT, 01 Viper GTS ACR, 52 B3B w/330 Desoto Hemi, 70 Hemi RR (under const)
Past Mopars
9 x Challengers. AAR Cuda, 4 RR, 2 GTX, 4 Chargers, etc... (too many to list)

If you are precise on your cuts it should be a simple graft.
