As in for a 426 Hemi or ? Obviously there are many different systems ranging from bolt on 4160 style system such as those offered by Fitech, Holley, etc. Then there is a Hiborn system from http://hilborninjection.com/product/426-chrysler-hemi-electronic-fuel-injector/ then there are these from FHO https://forhemisonly.com/electronic-fuel-injection-hemi-package/ and of course Bruce from F&B will make you whatever you want (he is in CA I believe).

Might want to take a look at these guys as well. https://accufabracing.com/intake-manifold-kit-mopar-426-hemi, still going to need a management and fuel system.

Another option is a Stage V intake for EFI.

Get throttle bodies of your choice, rails, etc.

THen of course, decide on what mgt system and whether you want batch or sequential.  The latter will require a crank trigger or a dual-sync distributor.

Yeah Rich is very knowledgeable but can be a little painful to engage with.
