cuda interior cables

so trying to layout all cables for the interior on a 71 cuda with a shaker.
I know it has a "shaker" cable that mounts below dash ,but also there are two round pull/push type cables mounted in a similar position, where do these route to?
what cables go to the heater box, from control panel?

Sounds like fresh air cables, they open vents on each side of the car to allow fresh air into the cabin. Most (I believe all) cars w/o AC have them.
