I believe someone here has a diagram, perhaps try google if you haven't already. That said, as you look into the trunk, its left of center up near the rise that provides clearance for the rear end. If you can't find a diagram, if you look under the car, up and behind where the sending unit is on the tank.

I went & got a picture, I added an arrow to point to the location & I tried to post it..... But as usual the photo posting at this website sucks & it wouldn't post......   \

Tell me I'm wrong.... Photo hosting here sucks....  Probably a hundred times so far this year I've attempted to post photos & the board software wouldn't allow it.... Yet three other websites I post on have zero issues with it... Times are changing, if the website don't work either fix it or we have to move on..... A big part of these web boards it trying to help people build their cars & photos are certainly part of that..... If you can't post photos you can't help..... Why should I waste my time here when in the end there are places better equipped to do the job...

Simple etiquette; its like going to a shop with you buddy who is trying to get work done and standing there telling him out loud how some other shop is cheaper and better. I am not saying your advice is necessarily wrong, just in bad form.

As to positing pictures, I have posted many and haven't had any issues. Of course everyone is different, with different equipment and skills but it would appear that many on here seemed to be able to do it.

Like many here, we all visit a variety of sites and we have our favorites for whatever reason, but to outwardly tell someone to go to some other site for an answer is for a lack of a better term rude to those who host this site; should have sent him a PM.

Look, I don't know you from a bar of soap and from what I have seen you have a lot of knowledge, experience and are an asset to the forum. I just think its appropriate to openly tell someone to go to another site for information that should be here. Granted, the participation here has definitely diminished, but those that remain do so for their own reasons, no need to slap everyone not the least of all the owner of the site openly.

Honestly the intent is to kick someone in the butt.... So that they wake up & fix the issue.... For years this was the best E body site on the internet but the photo hosting has always sucked... 5-10 years ago we accepted it & adjusted pictures to fit....   These days most forums have software that automatically adjusts you photo so you don't have to.....   This website needs to join the modern world...  Or we will be forced to go elsewhere to post photos...

Not disagreeing with you, merely saying "go to X forum, sign up and post a question" isn't right, that's all. This isn't my website or forum so it isn't my problem.
