That poor car was in such bad  condition. It almost appeared as though it had been sitting on a beach with salt water for many years eating away at it. :newsad:

it would have been way worse, about an hour or two north of where i live theres a beach where a ship or barge ran aground and rthe cars that were on it have been rotting for years, last time i was there (about 5 or 6 years ago) there was hardly anything left of them, they were so bad that you were able to stick your foot throught the door without trying

I picked upi a new B&M aluminum deep pan & kit for $120.. put in on the next day.. violla.. no leaks. Also grabbed a 26" used fan shroud. Bro picked up a rimblow button and hooked up w/ a guy to buy a metal shaker hood. He had one there but this "girl" forked out 1700 clams right in front of us. I think she knew we had come back to buy it .. so she bought it while we were, politely  :coffee:, waiting our turn.

..yep could not find the CC tent again.. we walked all over the top of the hill where the cudas were & did not see you guys, although I did see 4showin & April pull in while at the gate on Sat.. nice cars too. I WILL be driving next year 4-sure

For My '71 Barracuda:
A pair of used, side, interior panels for the rear seat. (I'm very disappointed with the reproductions.)
A Year One, fiberglass valance insert.

For my '68 Coronet 500 ragtop:
A grille with the upper & lower trim & the 500 badge. (Needed the trim but got everything for less.)
A spare headlight bezel.

For my '71 Scamp:
A stainless steel set of brake lines.

For me:
A bunch of those strawberry smoothies, MMMM!!

For my 6 year old daughter:
A necklace with a heart that has a cat on it.
A light green, VW Beetle, the new one. (It's just a 1/43 scale, relax.)

For my wife:
A weekend without me to annoy her.

Walking is good for you. It's documented that for every minute you exercise, you add a minute to your life. This enables you to spend an additional 5 months in a nursing home at $5000 per month.

i was gonna say thats crazy i would like to have the one 71 ta they built though!!   i read a thing in a book one time talking about the 71 ta and the pic that everyone sees..they say it was a pic of a 70 sprayed up to look like a 71 and that they did it before they knew that it wasnt gonna be put in production!! im not sure if i beleive that or not but if you look really close the advertizment fo the 70 and the 71 looks identcal the car is in the same spot in the road, the road is wet, etc my just be an equncidence???
