« on: July 12, 2005 - 08:25:37 PM »
Howdy folks,
Just came across this site recently and just signed up. Havin a blast checkin things out on here....Im livin in Alaska currently but planning on moving within the next year or so.....Headin to Michigan for awhile, got some cars to fix and things to take care of....I've been a Mopar fanatic since my Uncle bought his brand new 69 RoadRunner. I bought my first Mopar at the age of 15, a 70 Satellite.....and it has gone up from there. Anyways, I will save my stories for later....Just wanted to say "hey"!

Welcome to the site.  How did you get hold of all those Cudas?  Most people on this site would love to have even 1 '70 Cuda project.

Well, the first Cuda that I bought was the Cuda Convertible 340 4 speed(BS27H0B......)it was in a junkyard in Upper Michigan. It was in a wreck and what wasnt damaged was stripped. I got the car for $100.00, and brought it home on Mothers Day in 1986. My Mom wasnt too happy with my new present! HEHE HEHE (this is the first ongoing project)

The Second one is one that I bought when I first got to Alaska.....a 70 318 auto car. Sold it in 1989 for $1000.00 I kept track of the whereabouts of this car and seen it go from a driver to a parts car, though I could never get anyone to sell it back to me. Finally after much perseverance, I bought it and another 70 parts car for about $100.00.

My latest acquisition is another parts car/project 70 383 4 speed car(BS23N0B......) got it from a lady for nothing along with a 73 318 3 speed Cuda.

Gotta be in the right place at the right time with the cash, or just know the right people!
