TQ secondary air valve spring adjustment tool

Hi everyone. I am looking for this tool to adjust the secondary air door on the Thermoquad. I think it was also made by Miller Tool (C-4152). Anyone have one sitting around that they would be willing to sell? If not, I will try my hand at making one.

I've never used one even when working at the dealer when TQ's were still new....   I use two screwdrivers, one to adjust the tension, the second one I catch the lock ring & rotate it till it tightens enough to secure the adjustment then when I remove the screwdriver from the adjustment I use a wide blade to actually lock the adjustment...

Great thanks. I didn't want to possibly chew up the lock ring - maybe I can file down a large screwdriver to better fit the lockring? Thanks for the advice!
