Color match for black rear body panel on 1970 CUda

Is the color for the outside rear under the trunk the Black Velvet [TX9]?  It almost looks like a typical flat black.  Thanks!!

Sorry lol.  On the outside rear where the Cuda emblem is near where the key is inserted to open the trunk.  Thanks!!

Gotcha, thanks! Typically it would be called a lower trunk panel- at least here in the Frozen North!  :cheers:
