I finally installed my 360 into my 70 Barracuda. When I went to install the trans mount I noticed that the mount doesn't line up with the holes on the trans. The car previously had a slant six with a 904 trans. I installed a 727 Trans. Is the trans mount for a 904 and 727 different. Is the trans cross member different? I went online and it looks like they are the same. I check Rockauto and the part numbers for slant six and V8 mounts are the same. I did notice that some mounts have a slotted hole where it mounts to the trans where other mounts don't have this adjustment. I think if the mounting holes were slotted, it might fit. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks
