Wish I could have been at the 2015 SEMA Show Mercury Racing show booth to hear the comments about transplanting a Corvette LS7 with DOHC 4 valves per cyl SBC into a CUDA. Probably needed a security guard in the booth to keep the haters peaceful. Obviously it was a publicity stunt.

"Obviously it was a publicity stunt"  Why? The LS series engines are now much more popular than the original Gen 1 sbcs' and make a ton of horsepower AND, being Chevys, everybody and their brother make speed parts for them, which accordingly, makes them cheaper and more available. I'm a Mopar guy, but you can't argue with success and bang for the buck. For what it's worth, there's a few LS powered Mustangs out there and the Ford purists all fall down in slathering fits when they see them. Different strokes........

Completely agree with Jimy there in concept but not in application; that said I will state publicly that if your name is not on the title its just an opinion and while you are entitled to it, thats all it is.

Facebook has a group called LS swapped Mopars. I’m thinking of doing a LS dart
