Little Key Tag with Number Lost keys.
« on: September 11, 2019 - 06:52:48 PM »
Hello. Does anyone know if the small little metal key tag with a letter & number on it that comes with the door & the original ignition keys is the code for the doors or ignition locks or both? How can I tell if it fits the ignition locks for the doors? Thanks !!

I always thought that when new there were in fact 2 tags; one for the ignition/door and one for the trunk/glove box but I could be very wrong as it has been many years since I have seen a real original set.
Current Mopar

Past Mopars
9 x Challengers. AAR Cuda, 4 RR, 2 GTX, 4 Chargers, etc... (too many to list)

The door key IS the ignition key and if you're able to remove the door lock cylinder, a good locksmith can cut you a new one off it. The glove box and trunk are the same deal. Good luck

I had removed the cylinder without hiring a locksmith by using the videos shared online by the dealers.
