Yeah that is a good design which is replicated by many manufacturers. As to who makes the best one, hard to say but if you are looking for very high quality and intend to use it quite a lot, look to Mac, Snap on, etc. If you are just going to use it once or perhaps twice, most any of them will work. The one shown at Jegs will last many years but I suspect you could find the same thing in many places.

Is the OP trying to replace the valve stem seals with the heads remaining on the car?  If so, I have used the screw type compressors with great success..

The OP didn't say one way or another; you would think a simple google search would provide a plethora of information, also perhaps he should have provided a little more information as to what he wants to do and what the situation is.
