From what I can find out it looks like these filters are made by WIX although it is hard to confirm. I would run them as is especially given where you are. I know there is a lot of discussion online about good filters and bad filters and there is no doubt that some filters are vastly better than others, that said if you are really worried about it, change the filters more frequently, but I think you will be fine using what you received.
The discussion around filters is sort of varying degrees of performance, while some filters are not made as well as others, the majority of them will filter the oil as designed. There are hundreds of thousands of cars running around with all brands of filters on them and they are not exploding or dropping the engine out the bottom of the car. If you actually check your oil and change it when its dirty you are going to be fine. I ran Fram filters for decades because growing up they were "all that" only to discover later on that they were not as well made as I thought, I have since switched to WIX or Mopar but to be honest I would not be afraid to run a Frame or any other brand because I actually look at my oil, don't drive my cars down long dusty roads and change the oil frequently.
Use what you have, the first time you change the oil cut open the filter and see what is inside, both from a construction aspect as well as a dirt aspect.
