Kind of depends what you want or expect out of your shocks. If it is ride, then get something locally like Monroe or any decent brand (EXCEPT KYB, they suck). If you want performance such as better handling then look at Bilstien (go to Firm Feel) or QA1 single or double adjustable. Corvettes and modern Challengers use Bilstiens and I put them on my Cuda (front) and on my Challenger (removed the KYB) and they make a very noticeable difference.

Yes, I want ride quality. Not looking to hot rod around corners just better street manors. They are old and need replacing. Any idea on price? I was under the assumption Monroe was not good, but that was years ago. Thanks for the heads up on the KYB.

Was going to post a pic of the car but can't get them to load. What's up with that, too large a file? They are jpg.

The site is jacked up, won't take any pictures.

Just looked at Rockauto and they have Gabriels for like $20/each.

For normal everyday driving, sure. Those shocks are probably $30+ retail but Rockauto sells at a discount.

With shocks, you pay for what you get...   spend cheap... get cheap... spend more... be more pleased.   Double adjustable will please you the most and allow YOU to best tune your ride.
Autocross/road racers go in deeper... and come out harder!

See  MOPAR ACTION MAGAZINE, AUGUST 2006 ISSUE for featured article and details on my autocross T/A.

I hear what your sayin'. But this car is babied and is not drive like its stolen. lol. Was thinking if it was a touring mod car then yes. Is there anything in between? The ones on it now are from the 80's and does a little diving on occasion. Front end alignment is good so I figure its the shocks. Thanks for the reply.

Just get some Monroes or Gabriels, check out Rockauto.com. Don't be worried that they are "cheap" or not good, they have been making shocks for decades and for what you are describing they will be great.
