I have a 70 Cuda 440 6barrel 4 spd with dana rearend. I am suppose to be using a 42.6 inch driveshaft. When I measure mine now it is 43.2 inches long and seems to be about an inch to short.I am using a yoke with casting # 2643008 on it.
Is this the correct yoke? Where am I getting the extra length from?
Car is numbers matching except for the dana rearend which is the correct number 603080-3.
This is a a34 super track pack car. The ujoint is a 7290 held on with straps.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
