New Member from Canada
« on: July 11, 2022 - 10:30:17 AM »
Hi everyone, thanks for having me.

I live in Alberta, Canada and recently purchased a numbers matching, slap-stick auto, 73 'cuda (BS23H). It's far from perfect but it's a real solid car to start with. It looks good but there's alot of wore out parts in there that need replacing.

Let the games begin....

Car looks awesome, congratulations. Now, as a public service, I'd like to tell you that his forum has been a ghost town for basically the last 5 years. There's only maybe 4 - 5 members that ever check in here, I'm one of them. Your far better off joining:
e-bodies.org
Pretty much all the members that used to be active here are contributing there now. All the best moving forward with your new/old car.

Hmmm, just noticed that a "Deezle" recently joined there on the July 10, 2022. If it's you then good move.

Yup, that's me. Not sure how I got Deezel spelled with "le" instead of "el"

I'll head over there and do my introduction.

It's painted in FJ5 now but that's not the original color. It came from the factory painted in JF1 mist green (as on fender tag) with a white stripe and white vinyl roof. It won't be seeing those original colors anytime soon. It does need some body work done and I'm leaning towards Sassy Grass for it's new paint.

Welcome to the site from Ontario,  :canada: and congrats on your Cuda. For a car you say needs bodywork, it's looking pretty good from here.

If you want to see the original color of your car, research this member.  Rich G.  https://forum.e-bodies.org/mlist/rich-g_641

I'm pretty sure most have moved over to e-bodies.org

I still search this site because there is a ton of good info here but I don't feel there would be many responses to any new questions....
