In '94, I paid 2K for the fibreglass shell, and another $1800.00 for the '74 Rallye Chally donor car. The all fibreglass shell was tubbed, had a rollcage installed. The '74 donated the interior and suspension, and a '70 Chally R/T gave up a 440/727/8.75 drivetrain.
I dropped 10K into the motor, had a Fireball rebuild kit installed in the torqueflite, and 3.91 suregrip put into the rearend.
Another 8K in body work to have the glass body stripped of its original B5 blue, prepped and painted 1995 Chrysler emerald green.
With add-ons, upgrades etc, have tacked on another 7-8K over the past 11 years.
so.......carry the one......somewhere around 30-35K since bought...and I wouldn't trade her for the world (a '71 Cudavert, sure..but not the world)
