It is a diode that is part of the headlight warning buzzer.

it is the protective sleeve on the lower steering column covering the collapsible mesh.

Support bracket, but for what????????? didn't see one a those on my cuda, so I will guess a mufler or tail pipe hanger bracket??

Is it OEM or aftermarket? Could be a bolt on stabilizer bracket.  :dontknow:
