It is a 1969 Imperial "C" pillar badge.  Car was black BTW.

Sheesh thats a weird one...almost looks like it could be a lug nut remover at the bottom end and a modern cigartte lighter at the other.

Is it a convertor drivehub for a very early pushbutton trans, maybe even cast iron with the dual pumps, this one coming from the rear pump?
