I saw it last night and REALLY enjoyed it!!  Some of the driving is really cool, and unlike the CGI Gone in 60 Seconds mustang jump, you can tell that all of the jumps were real!!!  (especially at the end when they show all of the aftermath of the jumps gone wrong)

My friend, who is not in ANY way a car guy or a Dukes fan said that the first 30 minutes were so mind-numbing that it kills enuff brain cells to really enjoy the rest of the film. He was oowing and aahhing in all the right spots, so if HE can get into it, anybody can.

Again, I REALLY enjoyed this film!!  The 'drifting' around the traffic circle is awesome!!!

Just got back from seeing the movie. Good fun pic, there will be some cussin', lots of car wreckage (mostly ones with lights on top), things blowing up, and of course, the General Lee. The soundtrack rocks though :guitar: :guitar: :guitar: :guitar: NZ, it includes 'Shoot The Thrill'  :guitar: :guitar:
But Bo Luke referencing 'Kaiser Sosay' (from 'The Usual Suspects') ??? :eeksmall:

Soundtrack was a good pick of music.  Real good.

Nope, won't be paying to see that (description deleted), and should somehow receive a DVD or whatever once it was removed from the packaging it would land in the round file. I really don't understand how people can get all hyped up about something so dumb (just my .02), it's certainly far from remotely real and if your looking for some babe scenes,..........well they are available in much more flavorable venues. Sorry, it is just a complete waste anyway you consider it.......... :dontknow:

I TOTALLY agree with you. I wen't to see it and it was horrbile!

It was Supertroopers on dumbroids, truly the worst film of the year. The GL made it for me  and the soundtrack.
The B movie actors (that's being nice) should try another line of work.

But I might see it again just to feel like 14... again.  ;D

Saw it last night and had some good chuckles. If you want to see a fun movie, with some Mopars and other scenery, this is it. Definitely better than the TV series.

Something my friends and found really funny was when the security guards pull them over, and it's the same guy from Super Troopers (the director, too) and he pulls the same joke from ST.  You'd have to have seen both films to get the reference, but it IS funny, IMO

Is super troopers that comedy take on the Police and traffic cops from the same state?
The one where they watch the captured porn vids from Germany and smoke the seized weed etc?  :dontknow:

Yeah, we went to see it a few weeks back on a Sat night as it was raining and the cruise in was out. I must admit the movie was way better than I had expected. I have also tried to watch the Dukes on CMT and just can't get through them.
