We all would agree you get immediately voted into the "Hall of Respect" for such lifelong dedication!

We have 2 neighbors who each purchased E-bodies (one challenger and one barracuda) back in 1970, and still drive them to work every day.

I salute you   :patriot:

Well, here I am again.  I had lost track of this site, obviously a long time ago!!  I received an e-mail from cudaguy71 and thought I would check back in again.  Yes, I still have my cuda, and no I still haven't had the money to restore her properly.  Yes I still drive it most everyday and it will still outrun most anything else nearby.  Next month will be 24 years, time flies when you're having fun.  My children now tell me that there will be a large fight over who gets my toys when I die.  Between my cuda, my Vmax, and my Kaw LTD they can't decide who gets what.  Oh well, I told them I would just be buried with them and solve the problem!  They didn't see the humor in it!!  The kids are about all grown and ready to be gone now (18, 19, 20, 21) and so I am hoping the funds will be available for my baby someday soon.

Here's a pic of my baby.  This was taken about 4 years after I bought it (I had it repainted, it was originally bright red with a white stripe and black vinyl top) when I had it in a car show and took first place with it.  That's me and my parents there with it.  I wish she still looked that good, but at least she still runs great!!  I will try and keep in touch more!

Welcome back!!!   I am so glad to hear that you still have your car.     Take care and hope you don't lose the site again for that long.
