Slapstik question
« on: August 06, 2005 - 03:24:08 AM »
Replacing my 318/904 Slapstik in the 70 Barracuda with a 383/727 out of a 67 Charger.  Would the 67 have had Slapstik or was this a later configuration?  Is it part of the transmission itself or a function of the shifter which will be staying in the car?  If it is part of the transmission can the 727 be modded to replicate Slapstik???  Thanks.

No slapstick on the '67 shifter, it is the function of the shifter that is presently in your car.
