Here is a pic of a previous car of mine....sure wish I could have it back! 71 RoadRunner 383 Auto with a Air Grabber hood, Hemi suspension, 15 inch ralleys and I forget what else. I traded my dad for his 71 Challenger RT. He sold the RR for $2500 in the early 90's.  :banghead:

Nicey, nicey!  One of my first cars is something like in your first pic: a 1974 Pontiac Bonneville with a 400ci.  I used to chase Trans Ams and Z-28s with it. (Didn't catch them!!! >:( )  It had a shaker hood scoop from a Trans Am.

The first Mopars in our family were a '68 Plymouth Fury Wagon.  Brought me home when I was born.  Then we had a '69 Chrysler Newport, '74 Chrysler Town & Country wagon, '76 Dodge Aspen, '82 5th Ave (318ci, Holley 4V, Weiand 2P intake, custom side exit exhaust, 60mph in 1st gear).  Now the Challenger.

Would like a 2009 Challenger if it comes out!!
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Pic #2 and 3 of my ARII 1/24 scale model car

I paid $220 for it where it sat in the first picture. Originally agreed with the owner on a price of $225.....only had $220 on me, and the previous owner had taken the RoadRunner grille emblem from the time that I found the car until I found him.....I figured that I wasn't going to give him his extra $5 after he took the emblem....

The first Mopar I owned was a 1969 Charger SE with a 383 Magnum & a 727 back around 1981. I learned never to buy someone else's "abused" fast car for a daily driver. Damn thing was always breaking down, & most of my paychecks were endorsed & handed over to the repair shop.  ::)

This is just like my first Mopar.  1955 Dodge Custom Royal.  I bought mine when I was 16, way baack in 1968.  I paid $40 for it with a bad trans.  I got a used trans for $35 and paid a mechanic $35 to put it in.

My first one was a '69 plain jane Charger 318 A/C car I bought from one of our neighbors.  It had sat behind his storage shed ever since his son, the owner, moved away and started a family in Indiana.  It sure was rough, but I had always loved the lines of that car ever since the first time I got the chance to see it.  I think I over-paid for it $600, but it is pretty cool to tell people my first car I owned was a '69 Charger. :grinyes:
