    Do you think gas prices will go down?

    Do you think they will ever lower gas prices? If so, how long from now?

    Yes I think gas prices will go back down over the next 3-4 months. How low is another question. Even if they go down to 2.25 we will think that we have been saved even though the oil companies have gotten a price increase. It's a game they play it never goes up and stays at the higher price. It goes up than comes down just enough to make us feel like we've been saved.

    It's going down here every day lately this week anyway . . . Tropical said it pretty well.

    I will be happy when hi-test goes below 3 bucks again.  We all know how much our Mopars love to drink gas!

    I saw on my way to work today 2.49. Guess it was too low, on my way back home it was back upto 2.58.

    Outside of my neighborhood is 2.54

    Around the Boston, MA area regular unleaded is about $2.85.  It's dropped but we might expect it to go up again due to the next storm heading towards Key West, I think Ophelia?  I heard on the national news tonight that crude oil jumped up $4/barrel today!  Yikes!  Get your gas while it's cheap. 

    Also don't forget about home heating while we're talking prices.  Winter is coming and natural gas and oil heat will be going up.  I live in a house made in 1885 and it still has the original windows.  Can't find the build sheet (Ha Ha...bad joke) and the sashes rattle in the wind.  Thinking of putting in vinyl replacement windows.  Home Depot has a clinic doing the installs Tuesdays at 7pm in September but check your local stores first.  Just my 2 cents.

    Replacement windows can save you alot of $$$$$. Easy to install just keep them plum and level.

    The Windows are super easy to install and well worth the cost.  If oyu get them from home depot spring for the LowE glass, you'll thank me next summer.
