Eerie noises.
« on: September 30, 2005 - 04:57:43 AM »
Right now im home alone, and I just went to take a dump, and just as i was sitting down, i heard footsteps on the other side of the door, it only lasted a few seconds, but im sure it was footsteps, it sounded like my little brother, but noone else is home.A few seconds after that, heard a faint knocking sound.

Any thoughts?

Let's see,

I assume when you take a "Dump" you sit down, putting weight on a small area of the floor, stressing the wood and connecting pipes?  Either that or some long dead person has nothing better to do than wander around your house.

Yep,

I think you're on to something.  Flexing floor beams is way too far fetched.

It was the distinct sound of bare feet on vinyl.

Leave a digital tape recorder on, and see what you come up with.

You will probably feel something you have never felt before, the hair on your neck saluting the ceiling etc.....
Never know what it willl be, just don't put ideas in your head that's where things become nothing more than you vs you.

Got a video camera? Take some photos around your house, mostly in the coldest parts of your house.

I dont have a dv cam, but i cleared all the files off my mp3 player so now its got about 7 hours of voice record, as soon as i find a new battery im gonna go chuck it in the lounge (pretty cold there) and let it record the rest of the night.

I hope theres not gonna be a missing page 11 to this story.

You portry a good visual of what took place Andrew,:................now, are you sure the distinct pitter patter was actually the sound of "bare feet" or could it have been some other source, since you were home alone? LOL

I say leve it alone! Dead people do not walk the earth. Once you die you go to heaven or hell. The only "spirits" on earth can be Angels or demons. Both can scare the crap out of you! But Angels dont try to. I once lived in a "hunted" house, and was always seeing and hearing things. I beleve it was a demon in the house. They scare you like that, One because they hate you. Two, it will take your focus of God and put the focus on the demon. So if you really think there is somthing in your house, call a priest over and he'll take care of it. Or next time you hear somthing say Jesus' name loudly. demons cant baer the pain of His name and will most likey leve.
