The main T-pin was a tight fit for sure. Had to back up the shaft with a heavy block to drive the old one out and the new one in. Once I got the clip right,(thanx 4C!) my coupler lined up fine with the master spline and slipped right on. The roll pin drove in easy enough. Actually, the one in the kit looked like it was slightly tapered; not sure if it was a defect or what but it made it easier to start in. You might try tapering one end of yours with a sanding disc. I wouldnt think it would be too bad
