    Hello  I have a 70 cuda that is a 318 car, i want to put a 340 into it.  would a 22" rad do the job or should i put a 26" rad in. if so want mods would i have to make.  Did 70 340 cudas come with 22" or 26" rads Thanks

    Mopar used a 22" rad on the 383 R/T / Cudas so a 22" in good condition will cool your engine , the AAR & T/A used a 26" rad , not sure about 4 bbl E bodys

    Does your car have air conditioning?  Cars with air conditioning always came with a 26" radiator.

    My '72 Cuda 340 has a 22" radiator, and it used to keep it cool just fine when it was stock. The engine has since been "warmed over" and the 22" radiator still keeps things cool if the outside temp is under 90 degrees.
