Thanks again to all who replied. So far, I'm doing a little better. Anyways, as far as skills go well I mainly do computer stuff but, don't have any certifications however I do have a few certificates for classes I've taken. Not sure if those would help much at all. Ghost, as far as your life shoot me a PM if you want. Even though I'm going through hard times right now. As as selling the Challenger I'd rather not part with it if I could. That car is a big part of my life and like a wife to me. In fact, its been better to me than most females that I have met in my life. As far as the Ram I'm still trying to get rid of it. If I were to get rid of it, it would free up about $300 a month on the payment I'm sure. Anyways, I don't have much time to write but, again thank you all for the replies. Keep them coming. I always love hearing everyone's story.
first off, I sure wouldnt sell your car. if your anything like me, which from talking with you the other week, you've got some serious problems. which makes you like me. haha. My charger is the one thing that kept me going through my rough times. i've thought about selling it, but i have no idea what i'd do if i sold it.
second, if you like computers and all, why not go through and get your certifications? if you already know your stuff you should be albe to quiz through the certification courses with ease, AND if you play your cards right, convince the lead guy that you know what your doing and thats your good at it. Most guys in a teaching area of a specific skill like that tend to have "connections" which will DEFINATELY help land you a job when you get out. Plus military service doesnt look bad on resumes.
I'm also having a problem figuring out exactly what i want to do with my life. Cause i know I dont want to be a wrench forever. Hell im already get arthritis in my fingers, good lord 10 years down the road im gonna hurt if i keep spinning wrenches. Thats why i choose to go get a management degree. then i can still be in the field i want, and not have to kill myself to be in it.
Your a young guy yet, and being single definately has its advantages, its got disadvantages too, but thats another story. haha. Think of it this way, you can basically travel anywhere you want for a job, without having to uproot a family, or sell a house, or any of that. you can always take cars with you, or just sell them.
if you want to talk in person, you know my phone #
take care
