Am pretty sure the size stayed the same from the sender all the way to the fuel pump. Thus if you have a 51/6" line going in to the pump, you would need 1 5/16" sender. My 340 uses a 5/16" diameter sender. I may be wrong but I think that big blocks used 3/8"and small blocks used 5/16"

Every car had a 5/16th, unless it had a 440, or a 426 Hemi, then it had a 3/8 inch line. That is one good deal on sending units thoug(thumbs up smiley).

Edit: When I say good deal, I mean if that is the price for E-Body sending units too. They aren't the same as B-body units.
