70 r/t power brake booster removal
« on: October 15, 2005 - 05:26:13 PM »
How in the world do you do this? Besides the four nuts holding the booster to the firewall, there is only the shaft itself to disconect. You cannot remove that bolt because it hits the inside of the frame that holds the clutch/brake pedals. Any ideas? Experienced only, please!

the shaft should go to a pivot that drops down with a second rod to the pedal , undo the rod to the pedal & the pivot bolt & remove the booster with the pivot attached to it
