How about just PIXIE, that would be nice. Heather, have you thought of (perhaps down the "road") any personalized graphic vinyl decals? Something with "Pixie Duster" or something along such themes? With the FM3 a gold flaked stripe with the swirling "pixie dust" on the rear quarters, something along the lines of the original Gold Duster decal.  :dunno:

Speaking of personalized plates, I think " ATI2'D " works good.

Nice progress on the Duster engine. I think the pink looks great and the fender tag is a great addition.

I like all the ideas that are comin' in. The Pixie decal will probably have to be the last thing on the car, which possibly means going to Carlisle without it. But- at least she'd be there... right?

Anyway- we're makin a lot of progress. The engine is "buttoned-up" as dad would say.  Mom and I are in the process of painting all of the interior parts black or white. We're working on the dash and pretty much the whole front console, getting it all pretty and clean.

If you haven't already, you should visit my Pixie Duster's website and check out all the new stuff thats goin on.

But for now, here's some pics of the engine as she sits and waits for her installation.

ALSO- crcarch donated to the Pixie Duster a thermoquad carburetor and a high performance intake.

Thanks crcarch!!!!   :clapping:

You're very welcome!  Besides, a 2V just wouldn't do her justice.  Anything that pretty in pink demands a 4V. Can't wait to hear the Pixie Duster fire up!

Testors makes a decal kit for model cars that comes with software, 5X8 decal sheets and a small spray can of clear sealer so that you can make your own decals using a computer printer.  I picked up a kit at Hobby Lobby for less than $10. You might want to check it out.

Good idea!  I think Wal Mart has them in the model car section.
1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.
