As far as I know I do. I have the compressor, with brackets. It's rusty on the outside, but it isn't frozen up, so I am confident it can be saved. The evaporator has been reconditioned (looks nice), then I have 2 sets of lines and 2 dryers. The 2 things I know I am missing so far is the verticle brackets that hold the evaporator to core support, and, I just learned this one, the bracket that screws to the firewall that retains(holds) one of the lines on. The only thing that is stumping me right now is the belt routing, how many groves the crank pully should have, and I believe I need an idler pulley for the AC belt system. I just got a 1971 service manual, but still havn't found a clear image/description of the belt routing and components. The car currently has a chrome alternator on it, and I know the brackets arn't lined up correctly. Do you think the stack of 7 washers on the top alternator bracket bolt is a giveaway? Another 'gotta' fix on this car is carb setup. I just figured out last night that my carb is a Carter AVS 4401s which is a 1968 383 HP application. The engine is currently a 440, but I am not sure what the date is on the intake (havn't learned Mopar casting date location and deciphering yet). But the carb has a 'stack' of 6 carb gaskets under it..hmmmmm,. let me see, a throttle component is hitting something maybe?
. So ideally, I would like to find a '71 440 intake and a correct '71 carb. I've seen some in Mopar collectors guide, and they are not outragous in price, so it's financially feasable, but my shopping list is real long, and I have to 'tread' softly' if you know what I mean. My intention is to make this a nice looking, great driving, reliable car. It's a real R/T and all numbers match, my other cars were born as just plain jainers, and hold more setimental value to me than automotive historicalness. All I know is, I am looking forward to having alot of fun with this car! This is my first Mopar, I have alot to learn.......my head is spinning
