ALL the products I have seen are sub standard, best/latest example is the throttle cabels.  From their auction.

"Auction is for new reproduction 1970-74 NEW Mopar Cuda Challenger HEMI Throttle Cable, the cable exactly like original 17 1/2".

Interesting that an original Hemi cable is 19 1/2" long.  It is not a typo, I verified it with the seller.

Also, it must be real hard to make hood pins like the originals, because there's are not and can someone please explain why the 4 switch cluster that says top is $20 more than the one that says defog?

Yeah, I bought the 72-74 Challenger headlight bezels from them off e-bay because they are impossible to find and for the price they look pretty good. Only problem was they sent me 2 sets for the drivers side of the car. They discovered the mistake before I even got them and they sent an e-mail to let me know and asked if I could return the 2 that were incorrect. I said I would after the correct ones arrived. Well they all arrived and they look good so I sent the 2 incorrect ones back along with an e-mail asking for my shipping to be refunded since they made the mistake. This was 8 months ago with no responces. Not only was the shipping not refunded he didn't even have the common courtesy to leave me any feedback. So I say... :nono:  I'll spend my money elsewhere next time.

I haven't had a problem with these people, but I can understand the frustration. Sure the reflex action is to bash a dealer, but we aren't Camaro owners. There aren't several places we can go to get every part on the car. Maybe someday we will get our wish.

An update to my problem below-
I shipped back the wrong mirrors that they sent me and paid $23.91 for the shipping. I have tracked the package through ups and now they have marked it for "return to sender".
UPS says they think it's b/c they dont want to spend the $44 for customs and tariffs.

So now I have to start filing claims with ebay & paypal.
Stay away from these people.

They suck, pure & simple.
I emailed them 6 times inquiring about buying a set of chrome non remote mirrors.
Last month they had a set on ebay which I bought along with an a/t shifter plate.
I pay pal'd for both the next day and I called and they assured me they were in stock.

I waited a week, called in & spoke to Yim, a nice gal who said they were not in stock and would be shipped from China.
I waited another week and called back & spoke to the owner, peter gee.
He was very evasive about it and said they were probably shipped.

I emailed Yim and reminded her that it is against ebay policy to sell items you dont have and she replied that I would receive them by last friday.

Well they came yesterday, the shifter plate was nice but the mirrors were primered, not chromed.

I called Yim and she said that I must have made a mistake and ordered them primered.
I sent her copies of all 6 emails where I explicitly state, non remote chrome mirrors.
Also the ebay auction # which said chrome mirrors.

She then calls and said they shipped primered ones b/c I paid only 299 for the mirrors, not the selling price of 325.
I reminded her that I requested an invoice for both items with a combined shipping, they sent the invoice, I followed the links and paid. I knew the total was less but I thought it was due to the combined shipping.

So they made the mistake but they said they have a pair in stock in canada, I should ship back the primered ones, and when they arrive, they will ship me the chrome ones and refund my shipback charges, but I will have to pay the extra $26 diff between the chrome and the primered.

Well, they made the mistake and they should eat the diff. But they said no.
So then I said, let me pay pal you the money tonight, then you can immediately ship out the chrome mirrors, and when you get back the primered ones, you can refund me by pay pal.

They said OK but I also had to pay the addition 25 shipping of the new pair- what friggin balls on them.
So I went ahead and paid them another 350 last night.

Today, I called and asked if they got my money last night and they said yes and they will have china ship me out another set asap.
China????????????? friggin china?????????????????
Last night they told me they had a set in canada they were holding for me.

I guess they were full of it.
So now I have to wait another 3-4 weeks for them to come from china, then wait for them to process my refund once they get back the primered set.

Their customer service skills stink, I know there is a language problem b/c they are chinese but they really have no idea on how to treat a customer.

So I ended up paying these crooks an extra 25 shipping, an extra month waiting, and they got 700 of my money and all I have is a shifter plate.

Yet another update to my below mentioned problems-
It seems they wouldn't accept the shipback from me via ups b/c they would have to pay a 49 brokers fee which they refuce to pay.
So I had to agree to let them deduct the 49 from the refund due me, shoulda been 376 but I lost the 25 shipping for the second (correct) pair they sent me, plus I lost the 23 I paid ups for the shipback plus the 49 brokers tariff fee, a total of 97 bucks b/c of their screwups.

I also filed a complaint with pay pal and PG Classic called me and said unless I cancel the complaint, they will not refund me my money due.
I wish the guy lived in my neighborhood, that gook would wish he was back in the rice paddies.

True, true, sorry.
But this jerk has my money, I have all the emails where I specify chrome mirrors, they lied about having it in stock, they won't even look at the invoice they emailed me, they told me to ship it back and then they refused it over the 49 in brokers fees.
They screamed at me over the phone that it was my fault, that I ordered lacquered mirrors.
I say- read the emails, look at the auction I won, read the invoice you sent me, then they hang up & dont answer when I call back.

It's thanks to people like us that they have a biz, as I hear that where they live there are lots of chinese restaurants and laundries. So what would they do for a living? (oops, I apologize again.)

I agree.  Then find his provinces equivalent of an attorney General and send him the copies of his correspondance.  If he can't sell on ebay and his province is investigating him on the old switch and bait routine life won't be so nice for him.  I'm sure some of our canadian friends can think of some ideas of places to send copies of your correspondance  which will make his life less enjoyable.     You also may send a copy to the provinces tax assesor to find out if he is paying taxes to the government on items that are dropped shipped?  Why kill yourself fighting them when government agencies can do it for free and cause him more heart burn.  :clapping:

I am stunned by the short sightedness of this dealer.  :eek2: I am at the beginning of my resto, and will need pretty near everything, and I live in Canada. But there is no way I'd do business with them now. Goodbye to a couple of grand for a 90 buck hardline Kim Lee. Hate to say it but why am I thinking "Buy Canadian" anyway? Comes from China, the US is our best ally, and the US is where the Challenger came from to begin with!

By the way, if you do the paperwork right, there is no import tax or brokerage on parts shipped to Canada from the US, as any car part for a vehicle over 25 years old is exempt. Shipping is all I paid when I ordered $2000.00 worth of body parts from Autobody Specialists, less than 2 months ago,  and they were just plain outstanding service for great quality Goodmark product! Tripple boxed, with great communincation by the way! The fact they knew their product, were 1/2 the price of my local importer, er gouger, and arrived hear faster than if I had paid his "local" highway robbery just adds to the argument.

My next purchase is going to be torque boxes, and I was going to go with them, up until now, but Scot seems to be a more upstanding enthusiast at Harms, and I do like his Shaker conversion kit too...hmmm

think that will be my first vote with my wallet... :wavingflag: :canada:
